The VicRoads L2P – Learner Driver Mentor Program assists learners under 21 years of age — who do not have access to a supervising driver or vehicle — to gain the driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence.
This term, we’ve seen some significant changes within the College. We have witnessed the demolition of the old technology block, or C wing, and the shed on the basketball courts. This has been a major step forward in preparing the College for our exciting redevelopment.
Rain knew little about institutionalised aged care before he migrated to Australia. “When I was small I used to walk past an aged care place, but I never had any idea what went on in there,” he says.
Lucas and Carven never imagined they would find themselves working with young children and enjoying themselves doing such work.
“Wear It Purple wants young people everywhere to know that they have the right to be proud of who they are! Sex, sexuality or gender identity does not change this.” The Wear It Purple message is one the William Ruthven Secondary College community feel strongly about, and we had a great time showing our support.
