William Ruthven Secondary students celebrated their achievements over the first semester of the year with a formal whole school assembly recognising Academic Endeavour, Academic Excellence, Outstanding Attendance and Effective Reading Awards at each year level.
The event was very well supported by our fabulous student musicians.
The WRSC music and instrumental departments have certainly made some tremendous advances with an impressive mixture of vocal, drumming, guitar, brass and percussion.
Congratulations go to all award recipients.
All WRSC students, whether they received an award or not, are encouraged to find an area for improvement in Semester 2.
