If purchased through the JB Hi-Fi portal the device will be delivered to the school once the device has been paid for in full.

Can my child charge their device at school?

No, because of Health and Safety Regulations, students must ensure that their device is fully charged ready for school. This is the student’s responsibility and obligation.

Can the students bring a tablet, iPad or mobile?

No, the device must have a physical keyboard and the specifications outlined in the policy.

How will students access the internet?

While at school, students will have access to the school’s internet and will be regulated by the department’s proxy servers (specific sites will be blocked). Students must have administrative privileges to their device as the device needs to be renamed to their Cases21 code and have the ability to install applications.

Is my child expected to bring their device every day?

Yes, and it must be fully charged. While they may not be needed for every class, devices must be at school and available for use during the school day.
