We are excited to be preparing for our annual Showcase on Thursday 7 December, which will run from 3.40pm to 6.30pm. This is a great opportunity for our students to share with the community their learning. The event will include:
Open classrooms: 3.40pm – 5pm
Come and visit our Middle School and Learning Centre classrooms, which will display work completed by our students this year, as well as outcomes from our STEAM program. Our Science Lab in M7 and Art Room will also be open so you can see curriculum delivery, student engagement and outcomes first-hand. Our students are busy preparing samples of the recipes they have developed in our food classes for parents, carers and friends to enjoy and our PE students run through drills and games on the courts. Our student leaders and staff will be on-hand to discuss our curriculum and programs.
Awards and Performance Night: 5pm – 6.30pm
Our instrumental music teachers and students are rehearsing a range of solo and ensemble performances to showcase on the night. These performances will share the stage with awards for students who have demonstrated our College values of Respect, Excellence, Acceptance and Leadership, along with the academic awards for subject areas across each year level.
